BARABAR is a strategic card game – an innovation in human rights education. The players save Earth from an apocalyptic future by creating exciting stories with 75 characters from the past and present, including Albert Einstein, Frida Kahlo, and Florence Nightingale. While collaboratively creating coherent stories, the players need to also make strategic individual choices in order to win points from “closing” resources needed to overcome each challenge. In the game, you will find: • 15 challenge cards • 5 clans (ecologists, artists, scientists, entrepreneurs and activists) with 15 character cards in each clan deck, altogether 75 cards • 14 X-factor cards with individual secret missions • score board • instruction booklet incl. the detailed biographies of all 75 clan characters Minimum age: 8+ Number of players: 2-6 people Length of play: 20-40 min.
